If I just start off by saying that Catherine & Terri’s wedding had a bouncy castle I think that would sum up just how fun their wedding day was at All Manor of Events in Henley, one of our favourite venues!
Toby and I had a blast at this wedding, and even though it rained (which for the record, is good luck on your wedding day!), Catherine & Terri just simply took it in their stride (in their Converse!!) All Manor of Events is a perfect venue for all types of weather, there was still plenty of space to get the group shots done indoors so that no one had to get grumpy and soggy in the rain 🙂
Catherine & Terri both started their mornings at their parents’ houses in Felixstowe, and both chose awesome vehicles to get to All Manor of Events. Catherine chose a Hummer, and Terri’s surprise was Tilly, the Imperial Landaulette whom we have had the pleasure of working with on numerous occasions!
The Fathers of the Bride speeches was one of the funniest we have heard, with lots of embarrassment just as a Father of the Bride speech should be 😉 featuring lots of props including one of Catherine’s babygrow’s, the garden dog ornament which was Catherine’s equivalent of a childhood pet, and Terri’s favourite pillowcase which as you can tell was certainly well loved!
After dinner, which I will have to add was sausage and mash (my favourite), the bouncy castle came out and it’s safe to say it was there for the adults and not the children… You could tell everyone had so much fun, we even had a cheeky little go ourselves (look carefully for the pictures) a brilliant addition to the day, not forgetting the amazing sweet carousel and the incredible cake lovingly hand made by Catherine’s mum (with brilliant book titles from ‘Pokemon Hunt’ to ‘Constipation by Anita Poo’)
I could think of thousands more things to say about the lovely day we spent with Catherine & Terri on their special day but there just wouldn’t be enough room on this page! Thank you so much for choosing us Catherine & Terri, it was an absolute pleasure!
