FAQs

  • Of course you can! Pets are part of the family too. We are happy to photograph all sorts of pets as long as they can fit in the studio – and for the pets that don’t fit, we’ll happily do a location shoot. We do recommend bringing along treats and toys for your pets to keep them entertained.

  • You have a few options, so choose whichever works best for you:

Option A: contact us directly and we will arrange your photoshoot manually through our system.

Option B: book online using our handy dandy booking system.

Option C: Purchase a voucher and then either book by contacting us or booking online when it’s convenient for you!

  • You’re not alone – many, many people that come into our studio are uncomfortable in front of the camera at first. Just let us know, and we’ll make you feel as relaxed as possible – once the shoot has started, you’ll be having so much fun that you’ll forget about the camera!

  • Not at all! We pride ourselves in our viewing room being a pressure-free environment. Most of our customers do end up purchasing extra products, but there is absolutely no obligation to.

  • Any images that you don’t choose for your final products will go into the archives after 6 months. You’re more than welcome to come back to order some more at any time, even after they’ve been moved to the archives!

  • We will send you a full guide at booking, but as a brief guideline for now, keep your clothing simple – try and co-ordinate colours and avoid patterns, plain/neutral is always best. A casual dress code tends to work best, and remember, if you don’t want bare feet or shoes in the photographs, wear plain black socks!
